This unique mobile consists of around 70 precisely cut and oiled elements made of iroko wood with a beautifully vivid grain. When laid flat, the elements form an oval. By rotating the individual elements around the central stainless steel rod, the mobile can be creatively arranged into fascinating geometric shapes and thus becomes an expressive kinetic sculpture time and again.
There is a small screw nut at the bottom of the mobile that can be used to loosen or fix the elements.
If the elements of the mobile are arranged in a spiral shape and hung above a heat source, the warm air causes the mobile to rotate gently, bringing it impressively to life. However, care should be taken not to expose it to extreme heat.
The mobile is individually handmade in the artist's workshop. The elements are precisely cut and sanded and individually oiled.
We recommend the mobile for indoor use only. It should not be exposed to damp weather.
The mobile is attractively packaged in a cotton bag. It is ideal as a gift.
