Large Wall Clock "Look" made of Walnut and Fibre Glass – Width 140 cm
Often a design is most beautiful when the shape is naturally suggested by the material. Just like the wall clock Look, which works with bent fibreglass rods. A longitudinal axis and two small connecting elements are sufficient to tension the fibreglass into an eye shape. As a pupil the clockwork's housing sits in the middle, hiding a small wall arm. This sets the entire sculpture a few centimeters off the wall, which adds the appropriate spatial effect to the whole sculpture.
With its impressive "wingspan" of 140 centimeters, the clock is particularly suitable for relatively large rooms and walls. For the smaller space requirement there is the 104 cm wide version "Mini Look" – see below.
The case of the movement, the wall connection of the wall arm and the connecting elements are made of walnut wood, as well as the forked hands. The fiberglass rods are black. The remaining elements are made of steel. A quality cockwork by German manufacturer UTS (Uhrentechnik Schwarzwald) is installed.
The clock comes with installation instructions and the necessary fastening material (cube and dowel).
This clock is part of the legacy of José María Reina, who died in 2016 and, as a leading designer, has shaped Nomon's watch collection for decades and has earned it worldwide renown. He always combined his desire to experiment with modern materials with an awareness of traditional European craftsmanship. The Catalan company Nomon manufactures its clocks on site in Barcelona and guarantees the impeccable quality through conscientious manual work.
