This mobilé marks the transition of the Flensted company to its second (of currently three) generations. Ole, son of the founders Grethe & Christian Flensted, designed his first official model back then in 1970: the Futura, which today is a Flensted classic. Pairs of each a small and a large wooden pearl rotate around each other in mutual balace, evoking associations of planets and stars.
For this model the pearls remained natural.
