English Throw "Nimbus" made of Pure Lambswool

One side of this heavenly soft blanket appears in muted colours while the other one presents a bright contrast with a fine pattern. Only 100% Merino lambswool is being woven.

This woollen throw is manufactured on the looms of Chalkwovens in Brighton, England. The artist couple Kerry Stokes and Richard Bush produce their small but fine collection of woollen textiles from pure merino lambswool there. The woven patterns are typically British in the muted colours that also characterise the country's landscapes and gardens, but with a fresh and contemporary twist.

Care instructions:

Only wash the blanket if it is very dirty, otherwise take textile outdoors in fresh air for a while.

If blanket is extremely dirty, hand wash at max. 30°C or dry clean. If using powder detergent, dissolve it in plenty of water. Immerse the blanket in the water and wash immediately. Squeeze gently. Do not scrub, stretch or wring out. Rinse thoroughly and squeeze out most of the water. Press the blanket between towels until half-dry and leave it to dry in an airy space. Do not tumble dry. Iron with a damp cloth, max. 150°C.
