This premium railway model is based on legendary American steam railcars from the 1940s, but at the same time draws inspiration from the retro-futurism of steampunk design. The result is a visually and functionally impressive rail vehicle. The model locomotive comes as a kit with 256 elements made of stainless steel and contains a spring-driven motor with many gear wheels and flywheels. The coal tender can be detached from the locomotive.
With the construction kit, the sophisticated technology of the engine can be experienced in all its fascination, which is why it will delight future and experienced engineers alike.
Patience and dexterity are required until the many gears and other moving parts mesh perfectly. Therefore, the model is recommended for ages 14 and up.
